1. Research Proofreading Services is only responsible for the proofreading of the submitted document in English, French and Spanish and thus makes no attempt to change its content. Plagiarism and/or the breach of copyright laws are serious offences for which Research Proofreading Services bears no responsibility. 2. Research Proofreading Services reserves the right to refuse service for any reason. Should this occur, the customer will be notified. 3. Once the corrected document is sent via email from our editorial office to the customer, the customer is entitled to seek further help or clarification from our proofreader within 48 hours of the corrected document's reception. If our proofreader does not hear from the customer 24 hours after the corrected document has been sent, she/he shall presume that the customer is satisfied with the corrections. 4. The customer is required to pay for the agreed invoice within 48 hours of it being issued. Those who fail to pay up or contact us within 48 hours will be contacted again with a follow-up email. If there is no response from the customer within a 7 days period, we would take legal action against the client by contacting the law Enforcement Agent in the client's country. 5. Research Proofreading Services preferred mode of payment is via Bank Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer, Moneygram, and PayPal/Credit Cards. 6. The customer can cancel the proofreading at any time before it has begun at no charge. If the customer wants to cancel after the proofreading has begun, the same customer will be billed for the work which has been completed up to that point at the agreed rate. The partially completed work will be delivered to the customer upon cancellation.
